We stayed here as my husband was participating in the Vienna marathon. It has a great location, we walked everywhere and only used public transpo a couple of times which are a a couple of min walks away. The room is very large and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was also very large. we had breakfast once and there is a large variety. We actually had something very odd and not typical of a hilton hotel happen to us during our stay. We arrived early and checked in however the room wasn't ready so we were told to come back later. We arrived after 3pm and were given a room. We went up and unpacked then decided to take a nap as we were tired after our night flight. About an hour later i heard someone opening our door with a key. I opened the door and said yes ? they said it was their room and they had just checked in. I told then we had also checked in that day and this was the room we were given. We then recived a call from someone at reception who rudley asked when we checked in and what my name was then told me "one min" and hung up on me....

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the main attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms are impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff specially Ricardo who helped me plan my daily activities with his PDF file that includes all the interesting activities and locations in Vienna with the navigation option. Overall, my experience at Hilton Plaza was nothing short of exceptional. From its prime location and luxurious accommodations to its attentive service and world-class amenities, this hotel truly sets the standard for hospitality. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

We stayed as a family of 3 over Easter. It was my partners birthday during our stay and after emailing in advance we were offered a complimentary upgrade and a birthday card and bottle of Austrian wine. The breakfast is good, the lobby is a nice place to hang out in, the bar is nice, and the rooms are fitted out well. The location is super convenient being just a 200m walk from Landstraße station with connections to the airport, and many supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 min walk. On Easter weekend there was a small Easter themed kids section set up in the lobby, with kids colouring crayons, food, and drinks. On Easter Sunday there was a Easter egg hunt which our 3 year old daughter loved. It was a lovely little detail put on by the staff. Only minor complaint is some of the lifts don't seem to work with the digital key (some definitely did work), nor the executive lounge. This issue is not unique to this property, but is frustrating as the company pushes the use so hard. The rate we paid was great value over a long weekend and we will definitely be back in the future!
